You need Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher to be able to view this file. We are working on making the form in other formats. If you click on the application form and nothing shows up in the new window that appears, try right-clicking the link and choosing "Save Target As" or "Save File As" from the menu. Why does it say I need the Flash plug-in at the top of the website? This message is to inform you that you either do not have the Flash plug-in or your plug-in is out of date and needs to be updated. Either way, just click the link where you see this warning and follow the instructions to download and install the new plug-in. Once you have downloaded and installed the plug-in, either come back to this website or hit "Reload" or "Refresh" on your browser. You can go directly to Macromedia's website to get the Flash 5 plug-in. Why am I asked for a password when I click "members" or "writers"? The "members" and "writers" sections of our website are for company members of our theater and those who are involved in the screenwriting program who need to share information with each other. To find out more about our programs go to our Training Section Why do things look strange or jumbled on certain pages? Chances are you are using Netscape 4.x or some other browser that is either very old or has a history of problems displaying new technology. This website has been designed using the latest technology. We did our best to consider the needs of all those who may visit the site, but on the internet you can't always make everyone happy. We recommend using Netscape 6.x or Internet Explorer 5.x or higher to view this website as it was intended to be seen.
